this cuvee was elaborated for the first time in 1989 to celebrate the centennial of the plantation of the vielles vignes in the domaine "les cailloux". this is a mixture of 80% grenache and 20 syrah grapes. it is stored for 18 months in barrels of oak. ths wine was put in the bottle without filtration in order to preserve the maximum of its naural qualities. a light deposit is the bottle is therefore a normal phenomenon.
