bottled according to our traditional methods or purchased after bottling by the wine grower or maker, so as to be worthy to carry the label "leroy", this wine can present itself, or will present itself one day, during his evolution, with a noble and natural deposit. this is a sign of the life of the wine, in its bottle. to try to impede the formation of this deposit by filtration or otherwise, would remove the wine of its life and a great part of its intrinsic qualities. the bottle should be constantly kept at a temperature of 12 to 15 centigrade and at a minimum rate of humidity of 80 to 85 percent. failure to observe these two conditions will put the quality of the wine in peril.
