lee hillson; chef, iron chef, beer chef...yes beer chef! chef hillson and sonoran brewmaster zach schroeder offer you "lee's liquid dinner"; the 3rd brew from sonoran brewing company's chef series beers. lee's liquid dinner is an english style brown ale brewed with honey roasted parsnips (lee's favorite veggie), chestnuts, hazelnuts, cranberries, and sweet orange peal. this unique brew weighs in at 5+% alcohol by volume and is perfect for the fall and holiday season. chef hillson suggests pairing this hearty brew with any and all roasts, or go with his personal favorite; roasted chicken and vegetables. local artist ellison keomaka's "mad scientist" label design was inspired by lee's passion for great food and beverage along with his love of horror films, and combined the three for your viewing pleasure. proceeds from lee's tapping party went to benefit the phoenix children's hospital. please drink, share and enjoy responsibly.
