barbera d'asti superiore "la marescialla" is obtained from an accurate selection of grapes provenient from one of the oldest vineyards of the winery. after a manual harvest, the maceration on the lees for 13-15 days with frequent churning and the subsequent aging in oak barrels from allier for 12 months. the wine is then bottled in the month of june, after which follows a additional 12 months of aging.
