la capitelle du domaine de baron'arques provient d'une selection de cette propriete de la baronne philippine de rothschild et de sps deux fils. produit sur le terroir de limoux, dans le languedoc, en quantite limitee, ce vin associe des cepages mediterraneens (syrah, grenache, malbec) et des cepages atlantiques (merlot, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon), doent la proportion varie selon les caracteristiques de chaque millesime. un fruit genereux, des notes d'epices, et un boise parfaitement marie, lui conferent complexite et richesse aromatique. le now capitelle fait reference aux cabanes de pierres seches construites par les vignerons de la region au 19eme siecle.
