front label translation: at the foot of the highest peak in the danube plain, at the 299 m mark rest the roots of this wine. bearing the traditions of the bulgarian vinegrowing and winemaking, the kotta 299 is modern and daring, entangling the century old tradition with the new world style.
back label translation: danube plain region. the highest point of the danube plain-the suhindol peak, raises at an altitude of 480 m above sea level, north of suhindol. this is a volcano long extinct, with a crater 8 to 9 m wide. the volcanic cinder is enriched by various minerals which have turned the soil excellent for vine growing. the star dimcha locality is situated at the 299 mark below the peak. there lay our vineyards where this unique wine has descended from. non-filtered wine.
