the name kold is a play on the style name "kolsch", which is a german style of beer we brew with a lager yeast. we note on the label that there are "subtle notes of honey and citrus". the words "subtle notes" lets the consumer know that we are referring to aspects of the beer's taste and aroma, not contents. the beer is made with only barley, hops, water and yeast.
