the wording "rama hawaii" on the label translates literally to mean "hawaii rum" and "no ka heke" translates to mean "the very best" in the hawaiian language. according to regulations regarding "name and address", as paraphrased on the ttb website: "the name and address of the bottler's principal place of business may be used instead of the actual locatino where te bottling took place...." in our case, the bottling is done at our kalaheo facility; however, koloa is a principal place of business, as listed on form 5110.41 that was approved by ttb on 02/11/2009. am not able to insert our koloa address on part 8 of this application so am attaching a copy of form 5110.41 that shows reference to that being a principal place of business.
