with the same enthusiasm and passion with which i've created my other wine experiences, i present you to verdelho 2012, a grape variety i have studied for quite some time, and of which i have had the opportunity to sample in several occasions in australia. planted in clay soils, i sought out the style that most pleased me in the southern hemisphere. it should be consumed at 10c. an excellent accompaniment for meals but also ideal for consumption outside of meals.verdelho
