the pinot noir grapes are very sensitive to the heat in the vineyard. the bush wines were harvested before the heat affected the grapes, fermented for 2 weeks on the skins and further aged for 18 months in the finest french oak barrels. in this way the flavors of the berries were preserved, giving this wine a fine delicate floral bouquet with lovely freshness.
