the following does not appear on the label but i was asked to explain how hb400 relates to the label and there is no other place on this application to write this: hb400 refers to montana house bill 400 which redefines "beer" in montana as having a maximum alcohol level of 11% alcohol by weight (up from the current level of 7% alcohol by weight). this label and beer is in celebration of the passage of that house bill.
