1. we removed "grape based" and replaced it with "mandarin flavored"
2. this vodka has been certified organic. please see attached certificate.
3. with this change this label had been approved by ttb twice before. please see ttb id 13191001000408 and ttb id 13191001000427
4. our vodka is made from 100% organic grapes, distilled from wine. there are no wheat, rye, or grains of any type in this vodka. per ttb ruling 2012-2 a paragraph 2.. re a wine or vodka distilled from grapes or potatoes, "ttb will allow the use of gluten free claim in the labeling and advertising of such products." included in attachment are a gluten free analysis and a gluten free certification.
5. the label states-bottled in sonoma california. please see two previous approved ttb examples ttb id 13191001000408 and ttb id 13191001000427
6. 1% for the planet is a non-profit organization that collects 1% of the sale of every bottle and contributes it to social and environmental causes. its been approved twice before please see ttb id 13191001000408 and ttb id 13191001000427
