the wine is bought in bulk from spain (bulk tank) to our growers-partners and then the pouches in gilles louvet facility in france.
the wines are certified in spain ( spanish certification + nop certification) and we are certified in france as an organic producer and operator ( i sent you the license)
the first certificate that i sent was the french ecocert certificate for the packaging approval, we are allowed to use the ab logo in this case.
we send to ecocert in france all the spanish certificates and they are in charge of delivering the certificate for the packaging as they always do.
we are not allowed to write ' wine from france' on a wine that has been made in spain because that is considered as a fraud in france13.0 %
