white gold whiskey is a single malt whiskey aged for one month in oak barrels.
it is immature extra virgin because it is one month old.
when the whiskey is removed from the barrels it has taken on a light gold color.
some of the whiskey is almost white (like unaged corn whiskey). because of our name golden distillery we would like to call this whiskey white gold. the immature extra virgin reflects its age.
