the translation of "feinherb" means fine herbs
the winery uses this term to describe the delicacy of the sweetness of the wine level which is between spatlese and auslese. this term is to replace halbtrocken which does not want to be used by german wineries anymore.
many wineries (german and from other countries) use terms that might mean something else when translated word by word but in fact describes something else. as an example: federspiel translates to feather but refers to the lightness of the wine or smaragd means lezard but refers to the alchool level of the wine (13% and higher).
