this wine, 100% xarelo, has been made of the grapes coming from "el torrent" vineyard, which has been owned by the urpí family for the last four generations. the age of the vines (52 years), their orientation and the particularities of its soil, have made their grapes worthy of a great wine. it has been produced at our winery from free-run juice, with all the dedication and the care that we put in all our wines only that in this occasion, these "4 generations" are a tribute to this family history.

wine making: maceration during 12 hours approximately. fermentation takes places at controlled temperature during 15 days in stainless steel tanks.
