the valldosera estate, very close to the sea, is located in a small subsidence in the garraf nature reserve, partially covered by miocene age carbonated rocks. the geodynamics has produced a complex draining structure, with a flat base bottom facing towards the sun and the mediterranean breeze, creating a very special microclimate, where the vine growing takes advantage of a complex and vigorous terroir, with great singularity.
grape varieties: 60% merlot, 15% tempranillo, 25% cabernet sauvignon.
wine making: fermentation, maceration (skin contact) at 26ºc during 24 days.
ageing: 12 months in new american and tronçais french oak barrels.
