grapes origin: section nº 4 in the estate, in agrelo, lujan de cuyo, mendoza. vines age: 12 years. grapes collection: started on the 5th may 2,006. production: fermented in small ss tanks untill may 20th, by means of cultivated yeasts. temperature was kept under 26º. then lessees were taken out. rest in wood: 90 days in new and one or two year"s old casks, medium and medium plus toast, alliers ok. notes: as this wine was not filtered might contain natural sediments. estimated lay down: 12 to 15 years. advice: serve fresh, 18 to 20 ºc in large glasses, previously decanted.
