"combines ancient and traditional vinification techniques. ancient tannat vines of non-clonnal selection. planted by don cesare pietro secundino pisano in 1942. the grapes are left hanging on the vine until they have lost sufficient humidity. unfiltered wine directly from barrels. seductive-intense black purple colour. complex and concentrated tannic aroma, resembling blackberries, black pepper, smokey chocolate, very dark plum and spiced wood. very present, but ripe tannins. extra long and robust taste of jammy wild fruits."
