dresazh is an american wild ale. we named it dresazh because the yeast flavor profile consists of what industry folks call "a horsey" characteristic. dresazh is the phonetic spelling for an olympic sport called dressage. its a contest where horses are made to do stunning feats... walk backwards, walk sideways, jump over tall hurdles, ect. we thought it fitting to call a brew with a "horsey" characteristic after an event that horses compete. but, we also thought that we weren't allowed to name it the exact same name due to some sort of copy right laws. to accommodate this, we changed the spelling.4.0 %
