the best chardonnay and viognier musts from our juanicó vineyards are fermented separately in first-use oak and aged four months over its lees. its color is straw yellow with hints of green. the intense aromas evidence a harmonious blend of fruit and oak yielding notes of peach, honey, vanilla, cream and nut. on the mouth, its fresh and complex taste evokes the aromatic notes. the wine has a long creamy finish with hints of butter.
serve between 6-8 degrees centigrade
