translation from back label - since 1998 our daomaine has had a viognier parcel. this vineyard is 2.5 hectars in area and began producing grapes in 2002. our first bottling appeard in 2003.
the viognier white varity originated in the confrieu grion near vienne in the cotes du rhone, the grapes make very concentrated aromatically elegant and powerful wines with very low yields. in order to produce the highest quality meriting the tradition and originality potential of the grapes it is beneficial to vinify the wine in oak barrels andto an elevage with the lies of 12 months with regular lies stirring. this developing wines with aromas that become elegant in the mouth.
you will enjoy this as an apertife by itself or with a meal of fish or white meat. the nose of finesse wi sure to seduce you.
the optimum temperature is about 10 degress c.
