the grapes are hand-picked before being fermented in tank and barrel at controlled low temperatures. the wine is aged for 15 months in tank and barrel before being bottled on the estate.
you can cellar the wine for 3 to 4 years and drink it as an aperitif or with shellfish, fish, white meats and with cheese at the end of a meal.
