pinot noir vines are planted in a sloped, extreme terroir, respecting its surrounding environment. i keep striving for excellence with the very same passion my grandparents produced their wines.
bottling: no clarification or filtration were applied, so as not to disrupt the aromas and flavours integrity. sediments may be found, though not affecting the wine quality. we recommend decanting one hour before serving.
