technique: hand selected grapes at its optimum maturation date, by parcels & variety. maceration of 10-15 days. fermentation temperature of 26 degree celsius. six months of storage in french & american oak barrels. in an effort to preserve the natural qualities, there is no cooling treatment performed which may cause slight deposit at bottom of bottle. serve between 16 degree & 18 degree celsius store in fresh place.
