o potencial aromatico das castas syrah e aragones, plantadas na nossa herdade, levarm-nos a produzir este rose, marcado pela mao do enologo nuno cancela de abreu. este vinho resulta da fermentacao do mosto a 15 depois de 6 horas de maceracao pelicular. na prova apresenta uma cor rosada carregada, um aroma exuberatne a framboesa e morangos com um toque floraol. na boca revela-se jovem, fresco, muito frutado e longo. consumir a 12 a acompanhar saladas, pastas, carnes brancas. = the aromatic potential of the 55% syrah and 45% aragones grape varietals growing on our estate led us to produce this rose, under the direction of the wine maker nuno cancela de abreu. this wine is the result of must fermentation at 15 degrees, after 6 hours of skin maceration. it presents a deep rose color and an exuberant aroma of raspberry and strawberry, with a floral accent. on the palate, it reveals itself as young, fresh, very fruity and long lasting. best consumed at a temperature of 12c, to accompany salads, pastas and white meats.
