in these prosperous years when the harvest conditions were particularly favorable, the women in charge of the picking at château coutet would spend an entire day sorting the grapes with special care to give them to "madam". this event has become a happy tradition which has remained over the years. this magnificent practice highlights the "extravagant" perfection of the wines that can naturally be produced by château coutet. this cuvee has been made in 1943 - 1949 - 1950 - 1971 - 1975 - 1981 - 1986 - 1988 - 1989 - 1990 " 1995 " 1997.
