created in 1973 by eric miailhe. situated in the district of pauillac a seurin-de-cadourne and bordering the estuary. the filtering chalky clay soil , in which can be found many marine fossils forms the foundation of the terroir. varietals merlot 50%, cabernet sauvignon 49%, cabernet franc 1%. aged in french oak barrels on a quarterly rotation. ideal consumption temperature (plus or minus) 18 degrees. made with respect to traditional methods, this wine is therefore only slightly filtered and the gradual development of a light deposit in the bottle will only reflect the natural evolution of a living product.
