chateau roylland is located on the south-west of saint-emilion, in the middle of the most prestigious vineyards. its a vineyard of 10 hectares 50. the wine is composed of 90% merlot and 10% cabernet franc. the practice of stripping and thinning (green harvest) is applied each year. the harvest is done manually with successive sorting and selection. breeding takes place in oak barrels, 50% renewed each year. on average 45,000 bottles are produced on the farm, part of which is marketed under the brand chateau rocheyron.
