this wine is the ?little folly? of our winemaker. in 1994, on a small parcel south of the chateau we planted 4 white cepages in an area known worldwide for its reds. at their optimal intensity the sauvignon blanc sauvignon gris and a little muscadelle are handpicked. after a gentle pressing the juice is aged in new oak. afterwards the new wine benefits from aging on its lees for 8 months. this wine is bottled unfiltered so it keeps its aroma, fruit and fat. in 1998, this little folly only produced 2,776 bottles that we are pleased to offer to our friends.
