translation: this very expressive wine is vinified by philippe dourthe, oenologist engineer, joint owner with his three children of this magnificent 72 hectare domain, situated in the heart of the medoc, near bordeaux. the harvest undergoes three very strict sortings in order to retain only the perfectly ripe and healthy grapes. then, in line with the purest bordeaux classified growth tradition, our wines are aged for 18 months in new merrain oak barrels (between 50 to 70% depending on the vintages).
blend: cabernet sauvignon (52%), merlot (41%) & petit verdot (7%).
we would be very happy to greet you at the château for a visit.
