ce petit vignoble de 7 hectares est plante de cepages traditionnels bordelais de 30 ans d'age: 80% merlot - 20% cabernet franc. tous les soins lui sont apportes avec une culture traditionnelle et raisonnee: effeuillages, vendanges en vert, . . . et une recolte a pleine maturite, parcelle par parcelle, en cagettes de raisins selectionnes par double-tri, "piges" manuellement et vinifies en petites cuves thermoregulees. chateau le bon pasteur est eleve en barriques neuves de chene francais. ce vin de la propriete familiale rolland est puissant avec une jolie finale sur le fruit.
