ce petit vignoble de 7 hectares est planté de cépages traditionnels bordelaise de 30 ans d"âge: 80% merlot " 20% cabernet franc. tous les soins lui sont apportés avec une culture traditionelle et raisonée: effeuillages, vendanges en vert, " et une récolte à pleine maturité, parcelle par parcelle, en cagettes de raisins sélectionnés par double-tri, "pigés" manuellement et vinifiés en petits cuves thermorégulées. chateau le bon pasteur est élevé en barriques neuves de chêne français. ce vin de la propriété famailiale rolland est puissant avec une jolie finale sur le fruit.
