translation of 'other label': ch. lanessan, owner of 100 hectares is located in the commune of cusac-fort-medoc, south of saint julen beychevelle. the vineyards are traditional, with a large majority of cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc and completed with merlot and petit verdot. each grape gives its flavor and aroma to complement the others. the traditional and modern techniques are used together which will obtrain a light deposit of sediment which is a sign of this wine. for the best quality taste, it is best to decant the wine and serve at 17 degrees to 18 degrees centigrade with red meats and game meats.
