his encépagement is traditional: a broad majority of the cabernet sauvignon and frank cabernet supplemented by merlot and small verdot. every grape variety brings tastes and fragrances which are promoted by the others
tradition and modern techniques are conjugated to acquire a wine which will improve by getting old in spite of a light store which signs the respect which we have as him
