tradition and modern techniques are combined to create a wine which will improve with age and which will throw a light deposit-a sign of our respect for it.
to reveal all the qualities of the wine, it is recommened to decant the wine and serve it at a temperature of 17/18c accompanied by red meat or game.13.0 %
