response to "needs correction":
no, this label was sent back to us because of the picture of the single lemon on the back label. we were told that the label would not be approved this way because it is misleading to the consumer as to the class/type designation. this label was originally approved november 8, 2006 (ttb id# 06304-003-000070) and we already have labeled product in france. we are requesting a use up approval for the labeled product in france and in the meantime my supplier is in the process of created a new package design that will be submitted for approval.15.0 %
