property of vineyard land since 2010, this grand cru classe from barsac sauternes is made up of two limestone-clay soils and graves. at the end of the summer, the morning fog warmed by the sun makes an early and slow development of noble rot. the scattered topaz stones trap heat and gradually restore, optimizing the ripening of each grain. manual harvesting is done by successive pickings. this results in an exceptional wine.
