the cellar cuvee project is inspired by the art of blending. multiple beers are married together after aging in oak barrels deep within our cellar (that graces this label). cellar cuvee 4 is an undeniably unique creation. a blend of bourbon barrel aged russian imperial stout, bourbon barrel aged scottish ale, and an oak barrel aged barley wine ale. subtle hints of earthy smoke, dark chocolate, raisins, sweet plums, and vanilla flow together seamlessly as the beer is enjoyed. cellar cuvee 4 will pair well with aged goudas, savory mushrooms, and your favorite filet. share now, or allow it to age longer in your own cellar.
