translation for back label italian writing: wine obtained by pure vermentino grapes, harvested in the luni plane and on the hills from carrara, at the slope of apuane alps. the grapes went through a slow maceration in the must during the fermentation process and the wine was refines "sur lie" in tipical italian style caratello. bottled with no filtering after a year from its harrvest. serve at 15° celsius in wide chalice. 1.200 bottles produced for this wine.
