"vino dal colore ramato ottenuto da due diversi tipi di malvasia, quella bianca lunga toscana, dal grappolo serrato e buccia spessa, e quella di candia, dal grappolo spargolo, acino grande e dorato. si vendemmiano entrambe alla fine di settembre e vengono vinificate in rosso con una macerazione di dieci giorni, a temperatura libera e lieviti indigeni. grazie alla ricchezza dall'annata il vino ha subito un solo travaso. e' stato imbottigliato con la luna calante di giugno. in vigna i lavori si ispirano a principi di assoluta naturalita'" ="wine of copper color obtained from two different types of malvasia, the long white one of tuscany with a large bunch and lots of berries, and that of candia, with sparse bunches and berries with large seeds of golden color. they are harvested together at the end of september and they get vinified like red wine with maceration of the skins for 10 days without temperature control with native yeasts. thanks to the richness of the vintage the wine only underwent one racking. it was bottled with the waning moon in june. the vineyards are worked only by means of absolute naturalness."
