suelo: tipo aluvional, de excelente calidad para el cultivo de los cepajes mas nobles.
vendimia: se realiza en la segunda quincena de febrero.
vinificación: se realiza con estrujado suave, fermentando a baja temperatura, con el agregado de levaduras seleccionadas.
vista: de color amarillo, con tonos verde limón, brillante, limpio y puro.
nariz: rico en aromas frutados resaltando la mezcla de banana, melón, ananá¡, manzana verde, muy caracterí¬stico de la variedad.
boca: maduro, redondo de elegante armoní¬a y agradable persistencia.
