suelo: de origen aluvional, de excelente calidad para el cultivo de los cepajes mas nobles. vendimia: se realiza en la segunda quincena de marzo. vinificacion: se fermenta en contacto con sus hollejos a temperatura controlada, logrando una equilibrada estructura de taninos y materia colorante. vista: color rojo oscuro con tintes rubi, caracteristico de vinos tintos maduros. nariz: de aroma complejo y maduro, con tonos fume que recuerden al la pimienta negra. boca: elegante, de gran estructura y elevada persistencia, de noble e impactante armonia.
