we have produced boa memoria (meaning good memmory) to celebrate the king d. jo?o i, 10th king of portugal.
this wine undertook the fermentation at a controlled temperature. in the middle of the alcoholic fermentation was transfered to new french oak barrels, for a period of 6 months.
this wine should be tasted at the ideal temperature of 14c to 16c. ideal to eat with fish, grilled and roasted dishes, salads and shellfish.
