made with maine barley,maine bluberries and maine maple syrupwe have put our own maine twist on moonshine! we take barley from the fields of maine and ferment it in our big wooden fermenter and then run it thorough our copper still. once the "shine" is done we lay in a whole bunch of wild maine blueberries and finish it off with a subtle helping of maine maple syrup. it's like liquid pancakes.....with a kick
