i could tell you that the grapes come from a vineyard at least 40 years old, that the prunings are short and the training system natural, that the bunches are well thinned only twice, that i leave the wine for 14 months in small oak barrels. i could tell you all this and much more, all absolutely true. but you will now see this wine, half close your eyes, gather in the delicate, even intense and caressing aromas, and sipping it, appreciate the delicate, pleasing and persuasive fruit.
