since we first produced pinot blanc in 1989, we have become true believers in this green-skinned relative of pinot noir. we make a small quantity each year from our three-acre planting on a steep slope of our bryan creek vineyard on the chehalem mountains. we love its subtle aromas of melon, lime, and apple and its gentle, smooth texture. this wine is delicious with white fish or shellfish - or just chilled, by itself, at the end of a warm day!
