a l"ombre des fontaines (meaning "in the shade of the fountain") embodies everything people love about the south of france: the warm sun, plane trees, and a glass of wine by the village fountain - a time for sharing and happiness. our vines flourish amidst magnificent scenery in the particularly sunny climate of the dentelles de montmirail. the hillside vineyards feature terraces with rounded stones that account for this wine"s finesse and elegance.
we, as vignerons de caractere, are deeply committed in the protection of our terroir and in a global sustainable development approach. from the vineyard to the glass, we"re limiting our environmental impact and we"re aging wines in the greatest respect for the vines and the grapes.
our winery, founded by 80 winemaking families based in the rhone valley, has shown its expertise in the southern appellations and its dedication to excellence.
nestled at the foot of the dentelles de montmirail, this know-how handed down from generation to generation; allows us today to invite you to taste this wine aged in the greatest respect of traditions.

in order to taste your wine under the best conditions, we advise to follow these guidelines:
freshness: three months from date of purchase and one month after opening.
storage: avoid wide swings in temperature (keep at 15-25 celsius). keep in its package.
