I was steered into buying Maple Soju by Yipsejoo at a local Korean market employee in Koreatown, L.A., CA. It's actually a very nice tasting soju, and quite potent. I just downed 1 bottle, and I've got quite a nice buzz going right now! I'm not sure how much the maple contributes to this soju's overall taste or flavor, but when sipping, it is a very pleasant soju. When taking big swigs of this soju, the flavor/taste becomes much stronger, and so does its effect! Wow! 1 Maple Soju b Yipsejoo, and I've got quite a very good buzz going. So, a word to the wise: Be very careful how quickly and how much of this soju you drink because it'll kick your butt in a big way!
